Qwando was formed by the founders of Brisbane Capital, Australia’s leading provider of plaintiff funding since 2005. Qwando arose out of the demand from our solicitors for funding of their client outlays. Both companies are private, independent, and wholly Australian owned, based in Brisbane and operating in all States.
Brisbane Capital perfected plaintiff litigation finance in Australia. We identified the need to help cash-starved clients, struggling to make ends meet as they waited for the finalisation of their claim.
